TIACS (This is a Conversation Starter) is a free mental health service for tradies that is dedicated to creating conversations that raise awareness, drive change, and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and communities within our industry. At TLA, we firmly believe in supporting not only our industry but its people, so this year we are donating $5 from every Awards ticket sold, to TIACS.
