What a day! The Landscape Show presented by StrathAyr celebrated its fourth year as Victoria’s unrivalled trade event for the landscaping industry with 1,000 exhibitors and attendees enjoying the opportunity to network and learn at Caulfield Racecourse on Wednesday, 26th May, 2021.
“There were a few challenges getting to this day, but we were thrilled to have the support of our Sponsors and Exhibitors who were just so keen to get out there and connect with industry,” said Megan Flower, CEO of Landscaping Victoria Master Landscapers. Despite Melbourne restrictions being introduced the day after the show (and the need for a Virtual Show in 2020 due to a lockdown), The Landscape Show 2021 was a successful event packed full of activities, learning experiences, and networking opportunities for exhibitors and attendees alike.
The industry professionals who took time out of their busy schedule to attend were able to see a range of exciting, innovative new products on display as well as take part in a wide range of educational seminars held in the VBA-sponsored Learning Hub. Free fuel in the form of complementary coffee thanks to Malvern Irrigation and a Happy Hour presented by Landscaping Victoria Master Landscapers allowed everyone present to network and form new business relationships before the show concluded in the afternoon.
Many Exhibitors commented on how the simplicity of meeting with a customer face to face benefitted their overall experience, having been unable to do so for most of last year. Especially through these more difficult and busy times, Exhibitors also relished the opportunity to show their continued support for the landscaping industry.
With beautiful displays, awesome merch-andise to give away and competitions, the broad array of exhibitors provided inspiration to landscape professionals from design, construction and maintenance businesses, as well as Councils and other affiliates from the landscape industry.
