Mini excavators
The SDLG mini-excavator range to be offered by CJD Equipment consists of three models: ER616F, ER636F, and the E660FL.
All models, newly designed by SDLG with comfort and reliability at the core, have either zero or reduced tail swing, durable rubber tracks and hydraulic, pilot-operated controls, and are equipped with engines from globally recognised and respected manufacturers Kubota and Yanmar.
SDLG’s mini excavators deliver optimal power and stability at a competitive price, without compromising on quality.
“The new models include standard features that are usually options on other machines,” highlighted Andrew. “This makes SDLG extremely good value for money. “Coupled with their reputation of simplicity, reliability, and ease of operation, SDLG excavators will likely become one of the first choices among astute buyers.”
ER616F
The smallest in the excavator range, the 1.8-tonne, 10kW/13hp ER616F, is powerful and highly efficient, with an excavation force of 15kN and ability to accommodate different attachments. The ER616F also features an energy-saving, fuel-efficient Kubota engine with a zero-tail swing, and high-quality hydraulic components for precise control and increased stability. Ideal for landscaping and smaller municipal construction jobs, the ER616F is robust, reliable, and simple to operate. With a mechanical accelerator, pilot handle and control switch all ergonomically positioned, the ER616F helps get the job done quickly.
ER636F
The next model is the ER636F 3.8-tonne, 20kW/27hp excavator.
The ER636F also has a compact design and zero tail-swing, with an enclosed, spacious cabin, making it well-suited to urban construction jobs, particularly in tight spaces. The cab features a digital instrument display, suspension seat and air conditioning as standard for ultimate operator comfort.
The ER636F has a high-torque, highly efficient Yanmar engine with a load-sensing hydraulic system for smoother operation with reduced noise and vibration. For improved durability, the upper frame is reinforced to ensure uniform load distribution with a high ground clearance. Additionally, the undercarriage delivers outstanding wear resistance, and the boom and arm use hightensile steel and reinforced castings for a longer service life.
The opening angle of the engine hood ensures unrestricted access to filters and pressure testing ports, and relays and fuses are located inside the cab to ensure simplified maintenance.
E660FL
The 6-tonne, 39kW/52hp E660FL excavator is the largest in the Australian line-up.
Reliable and comfortable, the E660FL excavator has a reduced tail swing, comfortable cab and compact structure, along with industry-leading vibration and noise-reduction technologies, ideal for a variety of landscaping and general construction applications.
The E660FL features nine work modes and an auto-idle function for power on-demand, paired with an energy-saving hydraulic system and highly efficient four-cylinder Yanmar T3-rated engine to deliver high performance with notable fuel economy. The load-sensing hydraulic system is engineered to deliver performance and efficiency with a variable piston pump for precise control in a wide variety of conditions.
Like the ER636F, the E660FL has been designed to minimise maintenance efforts, with the main components, filter and electrical systems grouped for easy groundlevel access. All the core components in the engine and hydraulics systems are also sourced from world-renowned manufacturers to ensure the highest reliabilitThe SDLG E660FL is the ultimate all-rounder for the bigger tasks.
