- DIYS.com sought to determine the most popular lucky plants on Instagram.
- A seed list of popular plants known to bring luck were analysed from various sources.
- Total Instagram hashtag counts were obtained for each plant within our sample. Special consideration was given to the selection of hashtags used for each plant. Where appropriate, variations of each hashtag were considered with irrelevant ones omitted from the study.
- The resulting dataset was utilised to produce a table displaying the total Instagram hashtag count per plant. The aforementioned table reveals the ten most popular plants on Instagram, thereby concluding our story.
- The data was obtained on the 14th of July 2021.
