Hitachi Construction Machinery Co will offer ‘LANDCROS Sales Navigator,’ a tool for centrally managing dealer sales information, starting in fiscal year 2026.
This tool will be gradually rolled out globally in stages starting with Japan and Southeast Asia.
With business discussions and customer information scattered across multiple tools and lacking central management, dealers face the challenge that accumulated lead information is not being sufficiently utilised. LANDCROS Sales Navigator was developed to address such dealer challenges. By having dealers centrally manage customer information and business discussion histories with this tool, customers can expect benefits such as receiving consistent service from dealers as well as proposals that are more closely tailored to customer needs.
Going forward, the company will globally deploy this tool while also considering the introduction of AI-based automated entry of business discussion information and analytical functions. Hitachi Construction Machinery aims to co-create value with its partners by offering solutions tailored to the challenges faced by dealers.
