The SK1050 is equipped with a 37hp Stage V Yanmar® diesel engine, which provides exceptional power to all machine functions, and allows operators to tackle any variety of landscape, hardscape and irrigation tasks. A full 30hp is directed to the attachment for more efficient and productive use of hydraulic attachments such as augers and trenchers, and the machine is capable of 7.6kph ground drive speed, both forward and in reverse, improving job-site cycle times.
The robust design of the lift arms, rollers and undercarriage improves overall machine longevity and ROI, and a high-drive track system includes bolt-on, interchangeable rollers – a Ditch Witch exclusive – for longerlasting performance. A low-maintenance gauge track-tensioning system features a grease cylinder for easy adjustment and track removal, improving track life and reducing downtime.
With no daily maintenance points and no greasepoints, ease of maintenance is improved and total cost of ownership reduced. Easy access to the machine undercarriage helps keep the machine in proper worker order.

The SK1050 accepts many attachments to suit a variety of hardscape, landscape, utility, plumbing and irrigation jobs. An advanced attachment-latching system makes for simple, secure connection of the attachments, and a standard hydraulic brake improves operator engagement and disengagement.
It’s also designed with operator comfort in mind. A best-in-class, 843cm2 springsupported operator platform gives outstanding comfort and the ergonomic operator’s station comes standard with single-lever ground-drive controls and an optional joystick, allowing the operator to control each track independently.
The machine also features a repositioned muffler now on the side, allowing exhaust to escape without affecting operator comfort.
