Unique to zero turn mowers, the Z-Force® SX 54 features Cub Cadet’s patented Synchro-Steer® technology, which includes four-wheel steering with steering wheel control. This advanced steering system offers the manoeuvrability advantages of a zero turn mower with superior control and precision. While control over all four wheels makes Synchro-Steer® equipped models vastly safer and easier to handle, especially on steep and challenging terrain.
For hillside applications, Synchro-Steer® technology allows the operator to easily mow more types of terrain that would be unsafe or impossible with a lap bar controlled zero turn.
In addition, Synchro-Steer® four-wheel steering virtually eliminates the turf tear associated with front castor wheel lap bar machines, while the greater control and precision allows even flat terrain jobs to be completed faster and with straighter, cleaner cut lines.
