Bobcat® has launched its first all-electric zero-turn mower — the Bobcat ZT6000e.
Building on the reputation of its petrol-powered line-up, the new flagship model aims to redefine the commercial landscaping market by pairing high-capacity lithium-ion technology with heavy-duty performance.
At the heart of the Bobcat ZT6000e is a 58V, 20.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, engineered to provide up to eight hours of runtime on a single charge. Under optimal conditions, the ZT6000e can cover nearly 24 acres before needing a recharge, making it a viable one-to-one replacement for traditional petrol-powered units in a standard workday. Charging flexibility is built-in via an on-board charger that connects to standard outlets. A full recharge takes approximately six hours using a 240V connection.

It features the patented AirFX™ cutting system in its decks, which utilises three independent electric motors that allow operators to adjust blade tip speeds on the fly — ensuring a professional finish even in varying grass conditions.
