Out of retirement, Charlie Ledger brings his expertise to the team at Suntrading Pty Ltd.
Due to a record season this year SunTrading are pleased to announce that Charlie Ledger has joined the team at their Queensland warehouse . Charlie has extensive knowledge and experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry with many years spent dealing with KAWASAKI stationary engines for the Australian market and many dealers know of his previous role as the service and warranty Manager for Kawasaki stationary engine products for Australia.
Speaking with Charlie, he commented, “I retired in January 2020 after spending most of my working life in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry. As a small engine mechanic I also worked in Hire, Construction Equipment and Motorcycles. Doc Patterson whom I have worked with previously recently contacted me asking if I could spare him some time to help out at SunTrading’s warehouse on the Sunshine Coast. I knew their products well as they are mainly Kawasaki powered. What started out as a day here and there progressed to SunTrading Pty Ltd offering me a position in Sales, Customer Service and Product Development. It is a great opportunity for me to work with an Australian company with international products. Worldlawn have some new products due for release soon and I am looking forward to working with Doc to make sure they suit the requirements of the Australian market.”
