AEG Brushless Battery- Powered Chainsaws

The choice is yours AEG has professional landscapers covered with two cordless chainsaw battery platforms to suit big or small jobs – 58V or 18V.

If you are a regular chainsaw user who hasn’t yet considered a battery-powered chainsaw, the benefits are many.

For instance, do you want reduced hand-arm vibration without sacrificing power? Are you concerned about carrying fuel in your vehicle? Have you thought about the exhaust fumes you are breathing? Would you appreciate reduced chainsaw noise levels – especially in ‘sensitive’ neighborhoods?

The answer to these questions lies in AEG’s cordless chainsaws.

New chainsaw models incorporate AEG’s Advanced Brushless Motor technology that delivers petrol performance without the hassles. What’s more, they are lighter than most petrol-equivalent models and user fatigue is greatly reduced with vibration- dampening technology.

18V or 58V?

For bigger jobs, you need more grunt and a longer bar for larger diameter logs and branches. The AEG 58V 16” Brushless.

Chainsaw has impressive cutting performance with 21m/sec chain speed and plenty of torque for cutting through just about anything a professional landscaper will encounter. It features a tooled chain tensioning system with on-board tool storage, while the oil reservoir automatically distributes bar and chain oil to prolong bar and chain life.

The 58V model provides the cutting power you need for felling trees and bucking logs, but requires minimal maintenance.

AEG’s 18V 12” Brushless Chainsaw is ideal for light-to-medium applications. The lightweight, compact design (it only weighs 2.8kg) and 12” bar makes it the perfect pruning and clearing chainsaw. The unit is powered by a brushless motor that delivers longer runtime with less maintenance, plenty of performance and a 10m/sec chain speed.

The 18V model takes advantage of AEG’s most advanced FORCE batteries that incorporate next-gen technology – the same batteries that energise your power tools. Users can expect up to 25 percent improvement in existing AEG tool performance when using FORCE batteries.

Convenience

Both the 58V and 18V chainsaws start instantly with the flick of a switch – no pull cords to battle at the end of a hard day’s work. And because they’re basically mess- free, storing them is easy, as is transporting them in the back of a ute, van or trailer.

AEG’s cordless chainsaws have so many benefits for busy landscapers that you won’t need an excuse to own both models for the different tasks you face daily. They’re also a great accompaniment to AEG’s extensive range of outdoor power equipment products.
